Requirements
In order to keep Dog Daze Day Care a fun and safe place for your best friend, all dogs must
meet the following requirements:
1. Temperament Evaluation
All new dogs must pass an onsite temperament evaluation prior to scheduling daycare or boarding visits. Since all
dogs are off-leash in the play areas, aggressive or toy possessive dogs will not be accepted for daycare. Dogs who
have not had a temperament evaluation will be kept in private suites.
2. Current Vaccinations
All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:
- DHLPP
- rabies
- bordetella
3. All Dogs must be on Heartworm and Flea Treatment
4. Spayed/ Neutered
All dogs using the daycare/ play area must be spayed or neutered. Puppies can remain unaltered and come to daycare
until they are 7 months old.
